What we keep (and what we don’t)
Short version: this site is a catalog. You can read every page without telling us who you are.
On our side of the scale
- Anonymous page-view counts, so we know which guides help
- The email you send us, only to answer it
- Basic server logs (time, page, browser type) kept for security
Never on it
- Your name, address or payment details: checkout happens on the partner store
- Advertising profiles or data sold to anyone
- Tracking across other websites
When you click through to buy
Our buttons open the product on a partner store. From that moment, the store’s own privacy policy applies. We may learn that a purchase happened, never who made it.
Cookies
We don’t set advertising cookies. The partner store may set its own cookies after you click through, to credit the visit.
If you write to [email protected], we keep the thread as long as needed to help you, then delete it. We never add you to a mailing list.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it. Write to [email protected] and we’ll answer within 30 days.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we don’t knowingly collect anything from them, even on pages about kids’ products.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
